Active Topics - 'Link'

To try and make it easier to find New and current 'Active' Topics
I have duplicated a control (normally found in the 'Quick links' drop-down list) and added to the Navigation Bar, on the far right.

This Control works, whether you are logged in or not and will provide a listing of (perhaps obviously), currently 'Active' Topics
