Whilst I'm probably unlikely to make the trip south, I have a couple of questions.

1) what direction does it run
2) what is the track length

very nice looking track indeed. would look right at home in my shed 8-)

Track runs anti-clockwise. Start line is at the top of the main straight.
Lap length is about 90-95 feet. Geoff might be able to confirm this.

Hey Peter,
Borrow one of Chook's "loaner" humpies.
He is the current FJ lap record holder on the Williamstown Brown (5.28's,I think... :? )
And it went around corners...FAST!!!! :o

Retro Nats

A great fun day of racing slow cars at KW.

The results are irrelevant ( Tim may have top qualified in all three
and he may have won two events) but the highlight of the day
was Bruce's outstanding 3rd place :o in Can Am ahead of ANDY ST.RINGER
who complained the whole race because his car would'nt go around the corners
and it kept falling off and I kept laughing and ANDY started to call me rude words
Hope we do it again next year.

A big thank you to Clare for the lovely food

What Bruce didn't tell you is that he was leading with one bracket to go! Geoff and I caught and passed him early in the final bracket, and although I was catching Geoff in the final seconds it simply wasn't enough. As for Andy St. Ringer, he must have had one of the worst days imaginable. I expected him to challenge for a win in every class, but it seems the Gods decided to shit on him this particular day.

It was really nice to race these cars: I love them. I am hoping to make to Hornsby for some Retro action this year, because I think that is the real hotbed of retros in Australia.
