We're already on it Stoo.

I have brackets for 110x motors for Slotworx and Plafit chassis. Plafit brackets come in 2 heights for chassis with and without a hole for the motor and they require a hole drilled for a second screw to stop the bracket turning.

Plafit chassis bracket has extra long slot to accommodate 2nd screw (not in this pic).

No modifications required for Slotworx chassis as it already has 2 screws in the right place.

All future batches of Slotworx cars will feature a suitable area for mounting an ESC and a variety of motor mount options.

New Slotworx 110x motor mount kit for Plafit cars, commissioned by Werner of Ace Hobbies and available from Ace Hobbies later this week.

Mount uses existing holes on any Plafit chassis with the 4 bolt mounting pattern. Werner tells me there are only a few Plafit chassis that don't have this bolt pattern.

Bolt together, no chassis mods required.
Kit comes with all required hardware, screws, washers and nut, including 4 motor screws.

For an easy install, attach the mount to the chassis before attaching the motor.

A similar kit for Slotworx GenI and GenII chassis will be available soon.
