Retro Can Am
Some great looking cars and chassis there
Congrats to Aaron, for a fairly convincing Win,.. leading the venerable Brad home and congrats as well to Griffin, for both a great looking car (I'll have to make sure I run a Different Body colour LOL) and an obviously fine drive into 3rd,.. Well Done !!
Slotworx GTP Brushless
Congrats again, to Aaron on his 2nd Win of the evening,.. with some pretty damn fast times being set as well
Apologies for not having Any Slotworx images,.. Unfortunately I could not attend the event and it was simply poor timing by Mike and the recers after the event that didn't allow him to get some Pics,... Next time, for sure

Re: SUYS Retro CanAm & Slotworx Brushless GTP Series 26 Oct'
Thanks Stoo.
I think this combo has the makings of a good monthly raceday.
My favorite 'ol Can-Am's went bloody great on the Suzuka layout, as proven by some good lap times from myself and Arron.
The Slotworx were hindered by a few problems that were basically put down to pinions being to big and perhaps 'mesh' being a bit 'tight'.
This did not allow the cars to pull away at starts and restarts, (static 'cogging').
However we tested a multitude of cars with different gear ratios after the event and those with smaller pinions seemed to go alright.
But these chassis and bodies handle great and I can see some good racing in the future.
Hope more racers can join us in the future .... And yes I know the guys at Penrith already had the gearing thing worked out ....
Thanks....BRAD.
