Well the weather has been perfect for chassis building the last week with nothing but rain so I decided to build a new Can Am Chassis for the HSC Flat Track.
Over the years the 0.078" rail Warmack Kit configuration has been really fast around this track so I decided to follow suit and try to emulate the weight spread using 16# brass plate.
Here she is:-
0.078" rails
Chicago-land (Mike Swiss) nose piece
16# brass plate
JK Hypoid Bracket
It is still probably a little light for the track but I will be taking it up to HSC tomorrow to try and get it fit for the nights' round of the club championship.

Re: New CanAm for HSC Flat Track
I think I got it pretty right.
New car on track and it is a real gem - no added weight - goes great.
The track was not optimal as James had no time to clean it and I only had an old Cheetah 2 installed - however the times done by my new car were very good in the race and I believe the upside is still considerable
