Just looking at the fantastic reports by Stoo 23 on the NSW Plafit Champs held last weekend in other parts of this forum.

I believe that the State Titles for Wing Cars and Flexi's, etc were run over the weekend of 4th and 5th December.

Does anyone know the results or are they a secret!!

Ha, Ha, Ha,..Yes,..one Could be forgiven for thinking it Never Happened eh!?
To be honest, I was wondering the same thing.

The other odd thing with the 'Forum' Heading 'layout', is there Really is No place to put Any info about cars/races like Flexis etc.

I guess part of the reason I have been trying to keep the race reports going, is that even when I wasn't racing ,..for years, I did Still have the odd look around on Slot related sites, to sort of 'See what was happening' as such.

I know for a fact, that a few people have returned and are Now racing with us again, from having read and seen the info on this Forum, apart from the fact that as some of the racers are younger, it's always Cool to see something written about your performance.

When I was Much younger and racing in the NSWMRRA, just like in the same period in Victoria, there was Regular Printed Newsletters etc, done by Dave Smith, Kim Axton and others, which really were Great things.

Compared to the States, Our own Rich Slot racing heritage, is rather Poorly recorded and kept.

Whilst there are Many reasons that 'Wing Car' racing is in a state of decline,..some might even suggest almost Dead or on it's last breaths, it sure can't Hurt to make it appear to Be Lively and alive, even If but a bit thin on the ground.

I have raced once or twice over the past year, but heck, I'd still be interested in reading about Who did What When and seeing the cars etc.

HSC, as a Slot Racing Centre is Very MUCH Alive and well and both Looks great and has a Great racing Vibe and Heritage, it is somewhat of a shame, that some aspects of it's operation a Virtually Invisible to those Not involved on the Day.

Geoff came second in the Grp 7 race, so he was there.

I was only there for Grp 7 so cant give much help for the other classes.
