I have been 'tracking' this 'thread' for some time,..and have often chatted to GaryJ and others about this 'System'.

All one needs Now, is a 'Plug Module' that can Handle some Power and Bob, could be Your Uncle !!

Mind you, I would Imagine this Might 'Cope' with Plafit Motors.

Very interesting capabilities, Digitally, but with some interesting inbuilt capabilities, like 'Response Mapping' etc,

interesting.
been talked about for a while and i have been asked if this is possible - my response: yes but unnessecary.

is this the first system like this (wireless) commercially available do you know?

in theory, would save you alot of time in lane changes and conjestion around the drivers panel - IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO USE THE CONTROL BOX! The way it is, you still have something to plug/unplug each time!

Well,..No,..actually there Were some Extremely 'Crappy' so called Wireless systems in the distant past,..lol

BUT,..this system which is designed in Australia,..IS,..Quite Unique, in that it has the ability to swap Cars and tracks, without the need to Re Configure, once it knows what is what.

There is a video of the guys having a Race on three different Manufacturers tracks, and literally picking their cars up and running to the next track, putting their cars on and driving!
Obviously the 3 tracks would need Scorpius Base stations,..but the system has some Very neat features,..especially for digital use.

It's Worth having a good read of their information.

The unit I posted about allows one to just plug in the Module at the Driver's panel, then go stand Anywhere and Drive !!
An interesting concept, if just for practice and testing !!,..lol
