Revised (sigh) NSW Retro State Titles Race Start Time

Sorry to everyone, but it appears we have screwed up again with two separate sets of start times on opposing copies for this race, and for all those people who can't make a daytime race on Saturday, December 12th. The NSW State Retro Titles will commence at 6:00pm, not 12:00pm as previously advertised.
