Rules & Terms of the RevoSlot 2025 Event below:

This event is a non-magnet raced class.

Front Axles:
• Front axles must be the original 3mm front axle set up.
• Side play may be adjusted by adding axle spacers, but the wheels must not exceed past the body of the car
when viewed from above.
• No aftermarket products allowed other than the axle spacers & Axle Holder Spacers.
UPDATE shimming under the axle Blocks – Permitted.
• Original ball bearing bushings must be located in the original, unmodified front axle holders

Rear Axles:

• Rear Axles must be the original 3mm rear axle set up.
• Side play may be adjusted by adding axle spacers, but the wheels must not exceed past the body of the car
when viewed from above.
• No aftermarket products allowed other than the axle spacers.
• UPDATE shimming under the axle Blocks –Permitted.
• Original ball bearing bushings must be located in the original, unmodified front axle holders.

Rear wings:
• Original wings must be mounted in original position before the start of each heat.
• Wings mounted with rubber supports are not allowed. (unless original from RevoSlot)
• Note: damaged wings may be remounted between heats, but it is not a requirement to continue in the race

Windows and interiors:
• Original windows and interiors only allowed. No aftermarket parts.

Chassis:
• Chassis Plate and Body Plate must be in original condition unmodified.
• Non Magnetic weight may be added to inner side of the chassis.
• No weight may be added to the underside of the chassis
• Dampening the chassis using Tape Permitted.
• RevoSlot screws (RS 213) and Brass Nuts (RS208, 208A, 208B, 208C) can only be used
• Minimum ground clearance 1mm (including the screws)

Body:
• The body may be lowered by means of a light shave.
• Sanding of the body is allowed to stop body catching on chassis
• Body posts can be sleeved using RevoSlot rubber body mounts (RS234A, 234B, 234C or 234D)
• Minimum ground clearance 1mm (including the screws)
• Custom painted liveries are allowed

Gears:
• RevoSlot RS212 12 tooth pinion only is allowed, and 9T on Group 2 Cars
• No aftermarket pinions.
• RevoSlot S-419 or S-419A Anglewinder 33 tooth Spur Gear only are allowed. & RS227 on Group 2 Cars.
• No aftermarket Spur gears allowed.

Guides:
• RevoSlot RS-210 or RS-210W only allowed
• No aftermarket guides allowed
• Guide Spacers permitted.

Braids:
• Any brand of Slot car braid may be used.

Ground Clearance:
• 1.0mm clearance between the Scrutineers set up block and the lowest point of the car / Chassis including
any screws.

Motor:
• RevoSlot will be providing new fully tested motors on the day to ensure the RPM values are equal. It is a
requirement to install this motor prior to scrutineering.
• Motors may be run in prior to racing and prior to scrutineering.
• Original Motor Bracing only allowed.
• Gluing of motors in place is allowed.
• Wiring must be the original wiring provided with the motor.
• Motor seal must not be tampered with. Seals that look tampered will need to be replaced prior to racing.

Front Wheels/Tyres:
• RevoSlot Brand front tyres & rims only may be used.
• Rims and tyres must be to specification listed on the Specs sheets.
• Front Tyres may trued within minimum ground clearance
• Front wheels must touch the surface when placed on the setup board
• Original rims only as detailed on the Spec sheets.

Rear Wheels:
• RevoSlot Brand rear wheels only permitted
• Rims Must be to the specification list on the Spec sheets.

Rear Tyres:
• RevoSlot will be providing rubber tyres on the day that must be used. (most likely Shore 22, confirmation
closer to the event).
• Tyres may be glued into place.
• Tyres may be trued.
• Tyres may be oiled / conditioned / softened / treated prior to racing, but must be dry and not contain goo
prior to be placed on the track in both testing and racing.
• Cars leaving goo residue will be removed from the track.
• Cleaning fluids for tyres permitted. (no residue to go onto track)

Additional Items:
• If it is not mentioned, assume it is not permitted. Ask if unsure.
• Cars that does not comply with the above rules will be removed until they are brought into line with the
rules (if time permits). The race will not be held up for alterations and repairs.

Rules stated may be updated / modified prior to the event by the organizers if required.
Any changes will be highlighted clearly.
