HSC 2019 Retro Series Rnd 7 - BTR 03/08/2019

Hi All

Five starters for this round and so with Joe, James and Greg marshaling we were able to have a nice race on a very fast track.

Jason showed his class and speed to take out the race with a great lap score of 187 laps overtaking me once I had hit Black and ran into a lot a trouble. It was inevitable that Jason would win regardless though as he was just smoking on the night.

Darryl, Stoo and Neil finished behind me in that order although Stoo did poke his head up into 3rd spot momentarily in the 3rd bracket.

Some very fast times by myself and Jason again this race which showed just how quick the track was on the night.

All the way win for me here with some fairly quick times but a very tight battle between Jason, Darryl and Stoo with Stoo holding down 2nd all the way until he hit Black (or did Black hit him?) in the 7th and was overtaken by Jason and Darryl - only 3 laps between these 3 with Neil bringing up the rear.

Next Race is the Retro Nats for CanAm and F1 next week 10th Aug - try and make it for this one guys.
