Hi All,
The 4th round of the HSC Club Championship held on the Big Track attracted 6 entries and so 2 heats of 3 were the order of the day.
CanAm
Heat 1
Very processional with James just tearing away into the distance to finish 16 laps up on Stoo who headed Stephan by a further 22.
Heat 2
Myself and Darryl were pretty much neck and neck until he hit problems with his body (the slot car one) and lost laps and that was that.
Washup
James again displaying his cool driving to take the win followed by myself and Darryl.
James set fast times on all lanes driving his Fox version of a Warmack that I had originally built for the Blue King – it goes ok here as well.
Cars in finish order
F1
Heat 1
Again James tore up the field but Stoo was also flying and kept him honest to a degree while Stephan had his first outing with an F1 on this track.
Heat 2
I slowly pulled away from Darryl who did the same to Neil and that’s how we finished.
Washup
Whew it was James again although it was not decided until the last bracket as he and I were on the same lap total when I went into my last bracket – on Red unfortunately.
Fast times were shared by James, Stoo and myself.
Cars in finish order
A big thanks to Greg Erskine who again showed up to cheer us on and help marshal and to James for the nice track prep.
Cheers
