2015 LMP 2 Hour at HSC - The Preliminaries

Hi All
Wasn't too sure where to post this so I am putting it hare as I believe that the LMP class is closer to Retro than the other 'Scale' type slot things we race. Also it's good to steer readers to the Retro Site in the hope that one year we may generate enough interest to perhaps have a Can Am Retro sprint race in conjunction with the current LMP and Scale Auto shoot out
This is a pile of photos I took on Saturday 21st Feb 2015 and the following Sunday relating to the LMP event in which I was privileged to be invited to race with Team JRS (Johnson Racing Systems) comprising Kim Axton (who I have shared a great friendship over 45 years) and Gary Johnson (legendary car and track builder).
The event drew racers from far and wide and was a really great event of its own even though the main focus for most was the next days Scale Auto 8 Hour extravaganza.
So here goes the photos.
Practice is serious stuff Very serious even Slaving away for the Team JRS effort Track was in awesome state as always - Thanks James Back to serious and not so serious And now for the pit chatter
That might work mmm - maybe not? Pit Stuff And now the gorgeous line up of contenders (the cars of course) All together now and ready to roll
S**t, b****r and d**n; I have run out of space to add photos so I will start a new post - sorry for the inconvenience.
To be continued
