Yeah it was certainly very different to how it is now.
The 12 Hour is closer in style but more exclusive of types of vehicles entered.
I was looking at that Lotus Cortina and thinking it was Still pretty badly 'Out of Shape' that far out of the corner so thought I'd look it up (as you can see the number clearly,.... it is one of the cars entered by Ron Hodgson Motors and is specifically the car He and John Frebch drove in that years ... Armstrong 500
