Hello Gents.I want to buy a chassis jig and wheels.The site I am trying to order from is a efin mystery to me.Can anybody tell me of a site where I might be able to get this gear.Thanks Brad.

How Eloquently put Brad,.. although am slightly unsure just what you mean,.. Which 'Site' were/are you referring to?

The "BackTrack" units can be purchased from either Roger at "Mid-America Raceway", or Mike Swiss at "Chicagoland Raceway"

I have purchased stuff from Rick at R-Geo previously and also from Roger at Mid-America and Both were helpful and friendly etc, Fox has ordered stuff from Mike Swiss, so he may be able to help in the best method to order from him.

I started to reply to this and it got lost in the ether - I have used the last two links Stoo posted and they were good.

BTW I just use sleeved cheapo 1/8 Spurs for the jig wheels - they work a treat.

Brad, the Rgeo jig is hard to beat for the price, and you can get away without the need for jig wheels, by using the adjusting screws under the axle. Bit of a fiddle to set up, but easy enough to do, and I have used bluetak to hold the screw to help stop them from turning. Could also use a lock-nut.

But if you feel that jig wheels are the way to go, then Mark's suggestion of re-purposing spur gears works well too. I've got a few gears that I've turned/ground down to the required dia.

Hi Brad, I use PCH ,,,E-slotcar for ever thing,,,,they have lots to choose from and good pics,,,,,also been very reliable with postage,,,,,usually never takes more than 7-9 days using the basic postal option
