Been meaning to build one of these for a while and finally got around to it.

Rails are .055"
Brass is .063"

Body is a Truescale RetroPro Abarth

Weighs in at 85 grams which is heavier than I was aiming for.

Tried it the other night and runs under 4 sec on all lanes on the King with ease (even without its little driver ). Really great to drive.

Best time on Blue at 3.71 sec. It will be nudging very low 3.6's or better with the right conditions and a little more playing.

Looking forward to racing it at the Aussie Retro Nats in October.

Hi Steve - in my post I originally said it was a McKee but on checking the SCRRA regulations site I now know it is a Truescale reissue of a Original body: Dynamic Abarth (issued 1971).
