King Willys 2015 Lightning Premiership was an action packed,fast paced and fun day of racing.
We started off with Super 16D Flexis:
Super Flexis Gt1 (1 minute brackets)
1st. Geoff. 107
2nd. Bruce. 106
3rd. Andy. 106
It went down to the wire,with Geoff getting there first.
We only had a couple of GTP 12's turn up and so Geoff and I decided to have a match race:

Geoff winning this one by about a foot. Not bad after 8 brackets...
Wing 12 was up next and provided the biggest shock result of the event!
Due to running ahead of schedule,we decided to go with 2 minute brackets.

2nd. Geoff. 311
3rd. Andy. 208
No comment!!!!.....
I-15 was given the flick and we moved into 27L.
Once again Bruce (Yes Bruce!!
) was exceptionally fast.He lead for the first 6 brackets. Geoff grabbed the lead in the 7th,and I managed to snatch the victory in the last minute. Again,fantastic close racing and heaps of fun!!

We finished the day with COMO (Couple Of Motor Open) or (Carnage Of Molten Opens).
Dave and I both had major dramas,but because of the race format with "extended track call/pit stops" available (and Geoff's patience

Thanks to those who turned up!
It was a very laid back event with loads of laughs and some really good racing.
I think everyone enjoyed the format and we will definitely be doing this again,hopefully later in the year.
