basically, as below;

FUGA, John Guido 11.04.1957 - 16.08.2010 Loving father to Amy and loving partner to Jenny. John will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
Funeral prayers for JOHN will be said in the South Chapel of the Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park Crematorium, Military Road, Matraville this Tuesday Morning (August 24, 2010), commencing at 10:30am

Having also placed this info on the Other Forums,..there have been requests for info re Date and time of Funeral,..or and address to send Condolences?
